RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS

RETURNS

If the ordered product turned out to be unsuitable, you can easily return it. Just use our returns page, available HERE.

Choose the products to return

You can return all products or only some of them; you have 14 days to do so.

Specify shipment details

Pack the products in a parcel, select the delivery option, and pay for the return shipment.

Send the parcel

Hand over the return shipment to the courier or take it to the selected drop-off point.

Receive your refund

Within 7 days you will receive a refund, which will be confirmed via e-mail.
 

  1. Within 14 days of receiving the shipment, notify us of the return via e-mail at contact@sassycollective.pl or through the contact form.

  2. Pack the products you want to return.

  3. Send your parcel HERE or directly to:

  1. After we receive your shipment, within a maximum of 3 business days you will receive information regarding your return. If the product shows no signs of use and is not damaged, the return will be accepted and the funds will be transferred to the account provided in your completed form. The money will be refunded within 7 days.

COMPLAINTS

  1. Submit your complaint via e-mail to contact@sassycollective.pl and describe exactly what the issue concerns.

  2. Pack the product you are claiming.

  3. Send your parcel HERE or directly to:

  1. Complaints are processed within 14 days of receiving the shipment.

  2. If the complaint is resolved positively, you will receive a refund along with the cost of the return shipment, to the account provided in your completed form. The money will be refunded within 14 days.

  3. The store is not responsible for non-compliance if the consumer was informed and accepted the lack of a specific feature before purchase.
